Information we use
We use account details, travel preferences, membership status, saved deals and estimates, support conversations, consent choices, and security or operational events to provide and protect the service. Payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored as card data by Voar Vacation.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and specialist providers for authentication and data storage, hosting, payments, email, travel search, travel experiences, AI assistance, error monitoring, and optional privacy-aware analytics. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
Marketing and deal emails
Deal alerts are optional. You can opt in or out in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an alert. Transactional account, security, and billing messages may still be sent when necessary.
Retention and deletion
Support histories are marked for deletion or anonymization after 12 months of inactivity unless a dispute, safety issue, or legal hold applies. Verified deletion requests have a 30-day fulfillment target. Records required for financial, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal obligations may be retained.
Your choices
You may edit travel preferences, disable deal alerts, cancel renewal, and request access, correction, or deletion through Support or info@voarvacation.com. Cancellation does not itself delete an account.
