Free membership
The permanent free tier requires no payment card. Free members may see up to three current deals from their Primary Airport when shared paid coverage exists, subject to the service's existing coverage rules.
Paid private-pilot membership
The current private-pilot price is $59/year in USD. There is no automatic trial or introductory discount. Checkout shows the exact amount before purchase. A later price for new customers does not automatically reprice an existing subscription.
Renewal and cancellation
The membership renews annually at the contractual subscription price unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel online through the secure billing portal at any time before renewal; access normally continues through the paid-through date. Cancellation is not account deletion.
Failed renewal
An eligible failed renewal may retain paid access for up to 14 days while payment is recovered. If recovery fails, the account returns to the free tier; the profile and account remain.
Refunds and billing errors
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected. Separately, one full annual renewal refund per customer account may be available within seven days after the actual renewal, subject to verified payment evidence and explicit confirmation. Initial purchases do not qualify for that renewal exception. Uncertain or outside-policy requests are reviewed by the owner.
